Time is flying by now.

For the longest time I was saying I was tired of waiting to get going because we have been planning this Alaska trip for almost a year now.  Well, it's less than 3 weeks now and time is really flying by while we're trying to remember everything we need to get done.

We took a run home a couple of days ago and were able to drop off some stuff to leave in the garage.  We picked up our Grand-daughter Jade so we have a few days of Go Go Go and Chatty-Cathy.  We are quite used to having her almost weekly so being away for 8 weeks is going to be tough.  Thank goodness we have Skype so hopefully we will find some good internet connections and be able to chat and see her regularly.  Next week we will go home for 2 weeks and then we're gone.
